A Thai born artist based in the vibrant city of Portland.
My painting is me, daring, bold, bright, and expressive. My Thai painting depicts culture of Thailand in the past. The simple life of the villagers when Thailand was known as Siam. My contemporary work " Ladies with Umbrellas" was influenced by living in rainy and grey sky Oregon, my obsession of red colors, elegant dresses, and umbrellas. The Old Siam is unique with stories behind the scenes, painting technics, metallic background, gold embossed lines and bright colors. "Ladies With Umbrellas" is unique with textures and the whimsical feelings of the scenes. Every painting conveys the feelings of the weather and the woman in the painting.
